Brunch & Bubbles
Four special weekends, four European sparkling wine styles, and a brunch menu inspired by bubbles from across Europe. Each edition introduces a different sparkling wine culture — from Czech sekt to Italian, French, and Spanish bubbles.
Every brunch weekend will feature:
a special oyster creation served in a unique style,
one savory and one sweet brunch dish inspired by the featured sparkling wine,
a signature mimosa cocktail and its non-alcoholic version.
